Dr. Sven Fuhrmann is an Associate Professor of Geovisualization and Geoinformation Science at George Mason University. He received his Ph.D. in geoinformatics from the Westfaelische Wilhelms-Universitaet Muenster, Germany in 2002. Dr. Fuhrmann has over 15 years of experience in GIScience and Geovisualization, bridging cutting-edge research developments in the United States and Europe.
